Helm Financial Corporation is a rail transportation equipment company
with a range of products and services designed to meet the needs
of companies that lease railcars and locomotives and those buying
parts for their own rail equipment.
Business Description:
Publicly traded company in the US (NYSE: MMR), it is engaged in
exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas in
the Gulf of Mexico and onshore in the Gulf Coast area of the US.
The company is also pursuing plans for the development of the
Main Pass Energy Hub TM project located at the former sulphur
facilities at Main Pass Block 299 in the Gulf of Mexico. This project
includes the transformation of the Main Pass sulphur facilities
into a facility for the receipt and processing of LNG and the storage
and distribution of natural gas.
K1 owns 4 million shares of common stock and
758k warrants to purchase common stock of MMR.

A privately held corporation which develops and delivers innovative
online education. Cardean University (formerly Unext) was created
to bring graduate business and management education courses to students
worldwide and today offers an innovative online MBA program.
In 2003, Cardean and New York Institute of Technology formed a strategic
alliance to launch Ellis College of NYIT, a new online school created
to serve working adults. Bachelor programs were added to the degree
programs granted and not affords Cardean the ability to provide on
line students the ability to receive both a Bachelor and/or Master
college degree from an accredited online university.

Farms in South Australia. They contain natural and herbal antioxidants
and are Hypo-allergenic and pH balanced.
Business Description:
ChrysCapital is an investment firm with approximately $450MM under
management across two funds with offices in Palo Alto, CA and New
Delhi, India. They invest equity in services and services related
companies with defensible market positions and strong underlying
organic growth potential. ChrysCapital has developed a strong track
record realizing substantial returns for their investors and management.
Their investors include prestigious institutional investors like Harvard
